415 Withdrawal of complaints
(1)
A complainant may withdraw their complaint at any time by written notice to the territory planning authority.
(2)
If the complainant withdraws the complaint, the territory planning authority—
(a)
need take no further action on the complaint; but
(b)
may continue to act on the complaint if the authority considers it appropriate to do so.
(3)
Also, if the complainant withdraws the complaint, the territory planning authority need not report to the complainant under section 419 (Action after investigating complaints).
