416 Additional information about complaints
The territory planning authority may require a complainant to give the authority additional information about the complaint at any time.
Examples
1 whether a complaint is about controlled activity that was, or is being, undertaken
2 the grounds on which the complainant alleges a controlled activity has happened or is happening
The territory planning authority must give the complainant a reasonable period of time within which the requirement is to be satisfied and may extend that period.
If the complainant does not comply with the requirement, the territory planning authority may take no further action in relation to the complaint.
