59 False or misleading representation about registration
A person commits an offence if the person—
makes a false or misleading representation that the person is registered to carry out a professional engineering service; and
the representation is false or misleading in a material particular; and
the person is reckless about whether the representation is false or misleading.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.

Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
An offence against subsection (2) is a strict liability offence.
