50 Procedure licence—return for endorsement of variation
(1)
The holder of a procedure licence that has been varied must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to return the licence to the Minister within 7 days after the date of effect of the variation.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2)
As soon as practicable after the return of a licence under subsection (1), the Minister must endorse the variation on the licence and return it to the licensee.
