Standard of premises

In force

(1)

To protect the public, premises where a pharmacist operates a community pharmacy must—

(a)

be under the direct, personal control of a pharmacist; and

(b)

have direct access, or through access, to the premises.

(2)

In this section:

through access, to premises, means access to the premises through the public area of a shopping centre, mall, plaza or health centre.
