66X Restriction on pharmacy premises—supermarkets
(1)
A person commits an offence if the person operates a community pharmacy inside, or partly inside, premises being used as a supermarket.
Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units, imprisonment for 2 years or both.
(2)
A pharmacist commits an offence if the pharmacist practises as a pharmacist in a community pharmacy inside, or partly inside, premises being used as a supermarket.
Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units, imprisonment for 2 years or both.
