18 Meaning of investigating entity
In this part:
investigating entity, for an investigation of a public interest disclosure, means—
(a)
if the integrity commissioner does not refer the disclosure to an entity for investigation under section 19 (2)—the integrity commissioner; or
(b)
if the integrity commissioner refers the disclosure to an entity for investigation under section 19 (2)—the entity.
