32 Integrity commissioner’s guidelines
The integrity commissioner must make guidelines about—
the way investigating entities investigate public interest disclosures; and
the way in which public sector entities deal with disclosures of disclosable conduct and public interest disclosures; and
the way members of the Legislative Assembly are to deal with—
disclosures of disclosable conduct made under section 27 (Giving disclosure of disclosable conduct to Legislative Assembly or journalist); and
public interest disclosures made under section 27A (Giving public interest disclosure to Legislative Assembly or journalist).
A guideline is a notifiable instrument.
A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.
