125 Underperformance
(1)
The procedures that apply to underperformance by an officer are—
(a)
if an industrial instrument applies to the officer and includes procedures for underperformance—the underperformance procedures in the industrial instrument; or
(b)
in any other case—the prescribed underperformance procedures.
(2)
In this section:
underperformance, by an officer, includes failure by the officer to exercise the functions of an office to the standard reasonably required.
