In this part:
SETs—see statutory employment terms.
statutory employment terms (or SETs), for an SES member, means—
(a)
each function assigned to the SES member; and
(b)
where the SES member is engaged; and
Examples administrative unit, territory authority
(c)
the SES member’s classification; and
(d)
the SES member’s salary; and
(e)
the hours the SES member is engaged to work; and
(f)
the period the SES member is engaged to work; and
(g)
any prescribed SETs.
