11 Surrender of race bookmaking licence
(1)
A race bookmaker may surrender the licence by written notice to the commission.
(2)
The surrender of a race bookmaking licence takes effect when the commission receives the notice of surrender or, if a later date of effect is stated in the notice, on that date.
