15 Race bookmaker’s agent licence—entry of particulars in register etc
If the commission issues a race bookmaker’s agent licence to a person, the commission—
(a)
must enter in the register any particulars required under the regulations; and
(b)
may enter in the register any other particulars that the commission considers appropriate; and
(c)
must give a copy of the licence to the applicant for the licence.
