24 Maximum number of sports bookmaking licences etc
(1)
The Minister may, in writing, determine the maximum number of sports bookmaking licences that may be issued by the commission.
(2)
The commission must not issue a sports bookmaking licence if the issue of the licence would contravene a determination under this section.
(3)
A determination under this section is a disallowable instrument.
