39 Surrender of sports bookmaker’s agent licence
(1)
The holder of a sports bookmaker’s agent licence may surrender the licence by written notice to the commission.
(2)
The surrender of a sports bookmaker’s agent licence takes effect when the commission receives the notice of surrender or, if a later date of effect is stated in the notice, on that date.
(3)
If a licence is surrendered under this section, the commission must give to the applicant for the licence written notice of the surrender.
