88 Maintenance and control of telephone equipment
(1)
The commission may, by written notice, give directions to a race bookmaker about the maintenance and control of telephone equipment used for betting.
(2)
A race bookmaker must not, without reasonable excuse, contravene a direction given to the race bookmaker.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
