119 Evidentiary certificates
In a prosecution for an offence against this Act, a certificate signed by the Minister or the chief health officer that includes any of the following statements is evidence of the matter stated:
a statement that, at a stated time or during a stated period, a stated person was, or was not, the holder of a stated licence;
a statement that, at a stated time or during a stated period, a stated source or apparatus was, or was not, registered;
a statement that a stated direction, notice, order, requirement, decision, licence or registration was given, made, granted or issued under this Act;
a statement of the name or physical or chemical form of a radiation material;
a statement of the activity of a radioactive material;
a statement of the quantity of an effective dose or equivalent dose of radiation;
a statement of the quantity of an absorbed dose of radiation.
