11 Compliance
(1)
A lessor or tenant, or the agent of a lessor or tenant, must comply with their obligations under this division before the residential tenancy agreement commences.
(2)
A person is taken to have complied with an obligation under this division to provide certain information if that information is set out in the residential tenancy agreement being signed by the tenant.
