14 Agent’s obligations
The agent of a lessor or tenant must provide the tenant or lessor, as the case requires, with the following information:
(a)
the agent’s full name;
(b)
the fact that they are the agent of the lessor or tenant;
(c)
if the agent is a company—the name of a company employee who can be contacted in relation to the residential tenancy agreement.
