53 Employer-provided accommodation
On application by a lessor, the ACAT may make a termination and possession order if satisfied that—
the residential tenancy agreement was entered into as part of a contract of employment; and
the tenant has, since the agreement was entered into, ceased to be employed by the lessor; and
the lessor requires the premises to accommodate another employee.
If a residential tenancy agreement is entered into between a university and—
a visiting academic; or
a staff member; or
a contract employee; or
a postgraduate student; or
an undergraduate student; or
a person undertaking an approved course of study;
and a person of the kind mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (f) ceases to be a person of that kind, on application by the university, the ACAT may make a termination and possession order.
If the ACAT makes an order under subsection (1) or (2), the ACAT must give the tenant no less than 4 weeks notice of the termination of the tenancy.
