71E Application of occupancy principles
(1)
An occupancy agreement for premises—
(a)
is taken to contain the occupancy principles as in force from time to time; and
(b)
may contain—
(i)
rules about occupying the premises (the occupancy rules); and
(ii)
additional terms.
(2)
An occupancy rule or additional term in an occupancy agreement is void if it is inconsistent with the occupancy principles, this Act or another territory law.
