71EI Information about dispute resolution processes

The grantor must include the following information in an occupancy agreement for premises:

(a)

any internal dispute resolution process that applies to the agreement;

(b)

the contact details for—

(i)

the grantor; and

(ii)

at least 1 community dispute resolution service provider; and

(iii)

the human rights commission; and

(iv)

the legal aid commission; and

(v)

the ACAT.

Note If an occupancy agreement is not in writing, the grantor may comply with a requirement to give information by giving the information, in writing, in any other appropriate way (see s 71EA (3)).
