Title to sold goods

(1)

This section applies if a person (the buyer) buys goods sold by the operator of a retirement village under this division.

(2)

The buyer acquires title to the goods free of any mortgage, lien or charge in favour of another person affecting the goods that the buyer was unaware at the time of buying the goods.
