Travelling in or on personal mobility device on footpath or shared path

In force

A person travelling in or on a personal mobility device on a footpath or shared path must—

(a)

keep to the left of the footpath or shared path unless it is impracticable to do so; and

(b)

give way to any pedestrian (except a person travelling in or on a personal mobility device) who is on the footpath or shared path.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
