27 Regulations about conduct of passengers
A regulation may make provision in relation to the conduct of passengers on public buses, including, for example—
(a)
the regulation or prohibition of eating and drinking; and
(b)
the authority of public bus drivers, police officers and authorised people to direct people contravening a regulation to leave a bus and to remove them if they fail to leave.
