75 Pretending to be an accredited hire car service operator
(1)
A person must not pretend to be accredited under the regulations to operate a hire car service.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
(2)
A person must not pretend to be accredited under the regulations to operate a particular kind of hire car service.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
(3)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
