13 Terms of reference
(1)
The Executive may, in writing, determine the terms of reference that are to apply in relation to a matter the subject of an inquiry to be conducted by a commission.
(2)
If the Executive makes a determination under subsection (1), the commission must conduct the inquiry in accordance with the terms of reference.
(3)
A determination under subsection (1) is a notifiable instrument.
Note A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.
