12 Arrangements for staff
(1)
The staff of a commission must be public servants made available to the commission by the head of service.
Note The head of service may delegate powers in relation to the management of public servants to a public servant or another person (see Public Sector Management Act 1994, s 18).
(2)
A public servant subject to an arrangement under subsection (1) must act in accordance with the direction of a commissioner, and not otherwise.
