Division 4.1General
22 Outstanding matters
(1)
If—
(a)
a commission has submitted its report in accordance with section 15; and
(b)
there are any outstanding matters connected with the exercise by the commission of its functions under this Act;
the commission must—
(c)
notify the Chief Minister that there are outstanding matters; and
(d)
for such time as is necessary, continue to exercise its powers under this Act for the purpose of finalising those matters.
(2)
When any outstanding matters have been finalised, the commission must—
(a)
notify the Chief Minister accordingly; and
(b)
commit any documents or things still in its possession to the custody of the Chief Minister for safekeeping.
