31 Appearance and representation
(1)
At a hearing—
(a)
a person subpoened to attend or appearing before the commission as a witness may be represented by a lawyer; and
(b)
any other person who, in the opinion of the commission, has a sufficient interest in the inquiry may appear and be represented by a lawyer.
(2)
In subsection (1) (b):
person includes an unincorporated association.
