32 Presence of people at private hearings
If a hearing is being held in private, a person must not be present at the hearing unless the person is—
(a)
a commissioner; or
(b)
a member of the staff of the commission directed to be present; or
(c)
a lawyer assisting the commission; or
(d)
giving evidence before the commission; or
(e)
the lawyer representing the person giving evidence; or
(f)
entitled under a direction under section 28 (3) (a) to be present.
