14A Meaning of youth sexual offence conviction—pt 2
In this part:
youth sexual offence conviction means a conviction for a sexual offence—
(a)
committed by a person who was not dealt with as an adult when convicted for the offence; and
(b)
for which—
(i)
a sentence of imprisonment of not longer than 6 months has been imposed; or
(ii)
no sentence of imprisonment has been imposed.
