Surveyors Act 2007

The following details must be entered in the surveyors register in relation to a surveyor:

the surveyor’s name;

the address of each place (a registered business address) where the surveyor carries on the practice of surveying or, if the surveyor does not have a registered business address, the surveyor’s home address;

the surveyor’s date of birth;

the surveyor’s registration number;

the date the surveyor’s registration begins and ends;

if the surveyor’s registration has been suspended––

the grounds for suspension; and

the period of suspension;

any other details prescribed by regulation.

The surveyors register may contain other details.
