25 Meaning of surveyor––div 3.3
In this division:
surveyor—
(a)
in relation to an act or omission, means—
(i)
a registered person; or
(ii)
a person who was registered at the time of the act or omission; and
(b)
in any other case—includes a person whose registration has been cancelled.
