Notice of intention to cancel registration for incapacity

In force

A notice under this section given to a surveyor must—

(a)

state that the surveyor-general intends to cancel the surveyor’s registration; and

(b)

explain why the surveyor-general intends to cancel the registration; and

(c)

state that the surveyor may, within 12 business days after the day the surveyor is given the notice, give a written response to the surveyor-general about the matters in the notice.
