56 Exemptions from practice directions
(1)
The surveyor-general may, in writing, exempt a surveyor from a stated requirement of a practice direction if satisfied on reasonable grounds that it is not practicable for the surveyor to comply with the direction.
(2)
An exemption may be subject to any condition decided by the surveyor-general.
(3)
An exemption that is subject to a condition does not have effect if the condition is not complied with.
