Surveys and plans to comply with practice directions

In force

A surveyor must ensure that a survey carried out, or a plan prepared, by or under the supervision of the surveyor—

(a)

is in accordance with each practice direction that applies in relation to the survey or plan; and

(b)

states any exemption under section 56 (1) for a practice direction that applies in relation to the survey or plan; and

(c)

states the conditions (if any) the exemption is subject to.
