Advisory committee membership

In force

(1)

The advisory committee must have at least 5, but not more than 7, members (each of whom is an advisory committee member).

(2)

The advisory committee is made up of the following people:

(a)

the surveyor-general;

(b)

at least 3 other surveyors, 2 of whom are professional entity representatives;

(c)

at least 1 member who is not a surveyor.

Note

Section 66 sets out how professional entity representatives are chosen for appointment under s 65.

(3)

To remove any doubt, in this section:

surveyor does not include a person whose registration is suspended.
