10 Storage of smoking products at points of sale
(1)
A smoking product at a point of sale for a retail or wholesale outlet must be stored out of view of the outlet’s customers.
(2)
An occupier of a retail or wholesale outlet commits an offence if the occupier contravenes subsection (1).
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(3)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
