31 Definitions—pt 6
In this part:
connected—an activity or thing is connected with an offence if—
(a)
the offence has been committed in relation to it; or
(b)
it will provide evidence of the commission of the offence; or
(c)
it was used, or is being used, or is intended to be used, to commit the offence.
occupier, of premises, includes—
(a)
a person an authorised officer believes on reasonable grounds is an occupier of the premises; and
(b)
a person apparently in charge of the premises.
offence includes an offence that there are reasonable grounds for believing has been, is being, or will be, committed.
warrant means a warrant issued under division 6.3.
