3A Meaning of smoking product
In this Act:
smoking product means any of the following:
(a)
a tobacco product;
(b)
a herbal product;
(c)
a personal vaporiser or a personal vaporiser related product;
(d)
a vaping good other than a therapeutic vaping good.
