Warrant etc to be given to occupier

In force

If the occupier of premises is present at the premises while a warrant is being executed, the authorised officer must give the occupier—

(a)

a copy of—

(i)

the warrant; or

(ii)

if section 41A (1) (b) applies—the warrant form mentioned in section 41A (2); and

(b)

a document setting out the occupier’s rights and obligations.
