41G Person must not interfere with seized things

(1)

A person commits an offence if—

(a)

a thing has been seized under this division; and

(b)

the person interferes with the thing or anything containing the thing; and

(c)

the person does not have the approval of an authorised officer to interfere with the thing.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.

(2)

An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
