41K Costs of disposal of forfeited things
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a person is convicted or found guilty of an offence against this Act in relation to something forfeited to the Territory under this division; and
(b)
the thing is connected with an offence against this Act; and
(c)
the person was the owner of the thing immediately before its forfeiture.
(2)
Costs incurred by or on behalf of the Territory in relation to the lawful disposal of the thing (including storage costs) are a debt owing to the Territory by the person.
