23 Operating totalisator equipment without licence
A person commits an offence if the person—
(a)
operates totalisator equipment in the ACT in relation to a totalisator; and
(b)
does not have a licence to conduct the totalisator.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, imprisonment for 12 months or both.
