When disciplinary notice must be given to licensee

In force

(1)

If the commission is satisfied that a ground for disciplinary action exists, or may exist, in relation to a licensee, the commission must give the licensee a written notice (a disciplinary notice).

(2)

The disciplinary notice must—

(a)

state the ground for disciplinary action; and

(b)

tell the licensee that the licensee may, not later than 3 weeks after the day the licensee is given the notice, give a written response to the commission about the notice.
