52 Rectification direction as alternative to disciplinary action
(1)
The commission may, instead of taking disciplinary action, give a licensee a written direction (a rectification direction) to take stated action within a stated time to rectify a matter that constitutes a ground for disciplinary action.

(2)
If the licensee fails to comply with a rectification direction, the commission must give the licensee a disciplinary notice under section 49.
