72 Display etc of totalisator rules
A licensee or agent who accepts bets on a totalisator must display in a prominent position at each place where bets on the totalisator are accepted, a notice stating that a copy of the following are available for inspection at the place at no cost:
the totalisator rules;
the rules for sports bookmaking;
this Act.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
The licensee or agent must have a copy of the totalisator rules, the rules for sports bookmaking, and this Act available for inspection by any person free of charge at each place where bets on the totalisator are accepted.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
The licensee or agent must give a copy of the totalisator rules, the rules for sports bookmaking, and this Act to any person on request on payment to the licensee or agent of a reasonable charge.
