Authorisation to carry out prohibited activities

In force

(1)

The Minister may authorise an administrative unit to carry out an activity that would or may—

(a)

damage a protected tree; or

(b)

be prohibited groundwork in—

(i)

the protection zone for a protected tree; or

(ii)

a declared site.

(2)

The authorisation must state—

(a)

the activity that the administrative unit may carry out; and

(b)

any conditions of the authorisation.

(3)

An authorisation is a disallowable instrument.
