Subdivision 3.3.1Approved activities—general
20 Criteria for approval of activities
(1)
The Minister may determine criteria (the approval criteria) for approving an activity that would or may—
(a)
damage a protected tree; or
(b)
be prohibited groundwork in—
(i)
the protection zone for a protected tree; or
(ii)
a declared site.
(2)
A determination is a disallowable instrument.
