22 Approval application—more information
(1)
The decision-maker for an application under section 21 may, by written notice given to the applicant, require the applicant to give the decision-maker more information or a document that the decision‑maker reasonably needs to decide the application, within the time stated in the notice.
(2)
If the applicant fails to comply with the requirement within the time stated in the notice, the decision-maker may refuse to consider the application further.
